November was a busy month for entrants into our free gear program and we were frequently jealous of all the great trips people have planned. While we may not do this every month, we gave free gear to two people and loaned out a backpack to someone locally. We look forward to seeing pictures back from these three adventures:

Horseback trip across the Maasai Mara in Kenya
Winnie will be charging her Canon EOS-1100D, which contains an LP-E10 Battery. Winnie is following in the footsteps of a trip her father made many years ago and is looking forward to galloping through herds of wildebeest and zebras.

Kayaking through Patagonia
Colin Beard is a professor in the UK and spends a lot of time teaching sustainability. He will be taking the Array Solar Laptop Charger to Chile for a program on sustainable innovation and then taking some time to kayak through remote regions of Patagonia. A nice double header of education and adventure!

We’re also lending out one of our personal Arrays to a contact of a contact here in New York for a 14 day trip to support her photography and computing. This is our first lending attempt. We’ll update more as soon as we can.
